Most of this week I suffered pain at my lower back. I do not know whether it is the running or something else but I spent Wed-Fri miserably. Still a bit sore but better than Friday.
The back pain scared hell out of me. I have committed to charity and the campaign means pressure is on to complete what I started. And I will. It will be a shame to give up due to injury. I have always been conscious of injury, and have not been carried away to over-train. This week also after the back pain, took it easier on running. Skipped Friday run. Took it real easy on today's 60 min work out.
I have not been discouraged by the pain. Instead have taken it as a lesson to be watchful in the days to come.
