Back in business this week. The E(er)N(ose)T(hroat) system is gradually clearing from the clogging. Ticked off all the scheduled runs, including the Sunday’s 100 min. Feeling pretty good. I schedule the longest run of the week on Sundays. This will now gradually increase up to 200 min in September. Looking forward to that. Been reading and trialing out different recovery techniques. So far so good.
